Thomas graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in 2005 and is a member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association and the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Thomas has continued his education and in 2008 he completed certifications as a Certified Exercise Physiologist from the Canadian Society of Exercise Prescription. In October 2014 he completed his thesis at the Canadian College of Osteopathy and graduated as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Thomas has worked in the health care field for over 20 years working as a personal/rehabilitation trainer, exercise physiologist, foot orthotic consultant and is now a registered as a Kinesiologist and an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.

Anita Verigin

Anita has been practicing massage therapy since 2003. Anita is always updating her knowledge and finding ways to better help her patients. In this endeavor, she has taken a variety of courses including pregnancy massage, fascial, lymphatic and therapeutic kinesiology taping. Anita is currently working on becoming an osteopathic manual practitioner and is enrolled at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. She is honored to have had the experience of seeing many individuals from expectant mothers, athletes of all levels, those who are recovering from surgery, children and seniors. Anita applies a patient centered approach in her practice with a focus on therapeutic and rehabilitative massage. She includes fascial work, lymphatic work and deep tissue massage and works with her patients to come up with a treatment plan that is most suited to their needs.
Anita has always believed that taking care of your body is one of the best things you can do for yourself. This is one of the many reasons she became a massage therapist and also completing her study to heard of osteopathy, it is a manual therapy that help balance the whole person including the musculoskeletal, neurological, and visceral structures.
